You can eat as such or you can add some innovative ideas to make it more delicious like adding black beans, cheese and salsa will take to the other level or even you can try it as adding it to your sandwiches.
Ingredients needed to prepare are only three, they are 2 sweet potatoes, 2 tsp of olive oil, 1/4 tsp of sea salt that’s it. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and cut your sweet potatoes with knife as thin or slice them up. Now arrange them in the baking sheet and spray with olive oil and season with little salt on the top of the sweet potato slices.

These Mozzarella sticks are really a perfect idea to enjoy as a snack for the Super Bowl Sunday. As the recipe involves baking without frying it is best for the weight watchers too.
Here we go with the ingredients, 3 tsp all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 1tsp water, 1 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp peeper, 1 tsp melted butter, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 12 cheese sticks. Now take three mixing bowls, in the first bowl add flour and in the second bowl add egg, water and beat it. Lastly in the third bowl add bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Now take the cheese slices and coat with flour, then into the egg mixture and then to the bread crumbs. Repeat with egg and bread crumbs mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Now line it up in the baking sheet and drizzle some butter on the top and bake under 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Take the sticks out of the oven and rest for 3-5 minutes and serve with spaghetti sauce as a dip.
